Aged 94, of Endeavour in the parish of Saint James passed away peacefully, at The Queen Elizabeth Hospital on the 8th day of February, 2026.
He is predeceased by his parents Mirrell Maynard and Claudius Broome and wife Velda Maynard née Cummins.
Loving father of Clyde, Felton (deceased), Darrell and Lawson Cummins, Eudesma Wason, Stephney Cumberbatch, Francis Maynard-Griffith, Judy, Clevaist, Clovene, Everson, Lorraine and Nevel Maynard.
Stepfather of Cashford Cummins (deceased).
Grandfather of Dario, Leah, Leann, Leila, Kyle, Ki-Anne, Macario, Erin, Krystel, Patrina, Corey, Roderick and Raphael Maynard, Ranaté Cummins, Kristoff Springer, Sabrina Watson, Shauna, Shane, Savion, Mario and Shamia Lowe, Sharaz Taylor and Jaleesa and Kadisha Cumberbatch.

The funeral service celebrating the life of of the late Clyde Cleveland Maynard will take place on Saturday, March 7th
at Bethel New Covenant Pentecostal Assembly, Endeavour, Orange Hill, St. James. Relatives and friends are asked to meet at 10:00 a.m. The cortege will proceed to Mount Pleasant Memorial Gardens, Pleasant Hall St. Peter for the interment. Viewing of the body will be at The Michael Bryan Memorial Chapel, Bryans Funeral Home, Belmont Road, St. Michael on Friday, March 6th, 4:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. and at the church on Saturday from 8:45 a.m. from which time floral tributes will be appreciated
