Son of the late James Greenidge and Kathleen Franklyn.
Father of Nadia Mason, Shayn Franklyn, Michelle Brathwaite, Harriet Younge (Canada) and the late Kerwin Brathwaite (USA).
Grandfather of Rishae and Ritari Mason, Sya and Saij Franklyn, Derrell and Shekeyra Davis, Taejah Kahmyah Yearwood (Canada).
Great-grandfather of six.
Brother of Isa (UK), Gloria, Jean (Aggie), David, Carl and the late Charlie and Colin Franklyn, Emil and Horrace Greenidge, Norma Blades and Ainsley Pollard (USA).
Uncle of Mervin, Sharon, Clifton, Jackie, Marcia, Michelle and many others.

The funeral service celebrating the life of the late Charles Livingstone Goldberg Franklyn takes place on Thursday, August 13, 2026 at Calvary Temple Community Church, Groves, Six Roads, St. Philip where relatives and friends are asked to meet at 2:00 p.m. The body will repose in The Michael Bryan Memorial Chapel, Belmont Road, St. Michael on Wednesday, August 12th from 4:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. and at the church on Thursday, 12:15 p.m. from which time floral tributes will be appreciated.
The cortege will proceed to Bushy Park Cemetery for the interment.
