Aged 59, affectionately known as “Dossie fowl”, transitioned peacefully on the 25th February 2024 at the Queen Elizabeth Hospital. Late Of 5th Avenue New Orleans and formerly of Whopping St. James. Owner of Greenary Arts Landscaping Services, former driver of Clinical Decision Unit (covid-19) and driver of The Queen Elizabeth Hospital.
Husband of Sophia Husbands.
Loving father of Jamar Walker.
Grandfather of Austin, Jada and Keliah.
Stepfather of Zico, Zachery, Xavier and the late Ethan Harper.
Loving brother of many.
Uncle of many.
Special friend of Dr.Nange George, Accident and Emergency Department and Andrew Ellis.
A service of Worship, Praise and Celebration for the life and work of Stephen Husbands will take place on Thursday 21st March 2024 at the Victory Seventh Day Adventist Church, Orange Hill, St. James. Relatives and friends are asked to meet at 2:00 p.m. The cortege will then proceed to the St. James Cemetery for the interment. The body will repose in The Michael Bryan Memorial Chapel Belmont Road St. Michael on Wednesday March 20th from 4:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. and at the church on Thursday, 12:45 p.m. from which time floral tributes will be appreciated.
